We maintain the status of ISO / MSP in credit card processing industry. However, unlike most ISO's we have developed our own payment gateway to help our merchants as well as other merchants not processing through AMG. While our gateway may lack the luster of the Big-Boy's, what it doesn't lack is reliability, power and support.

Since our inception in 2001, we have processed well over $5 billion and have a vast portfolio worthy of global recognition. We are dedicated to bringing technology, personal customer service, and bargain pricing to the merchant bankcard business. It is only in 2007 that we have developed our own Payment Gateway for AMG merchants as well as other merchants to process through.
Then
In the past, we would have all of our merchants process through a 3rd party payment gateway with little or no customer service for OUR merchants. We would then be forced to service the customer with the problem. This is extremely difficult since we would be dealing with that gateway's interface and customer service and having to deal with the same customer service our clients were dealing with. In addition, these same payment gateways would solicit our clients for the same service we had just provided to our merchants.
Now
In bringing a Payment Gateway service into the AMG Network, we now are responsible for our own merchant's processing from start to finish. We also bring in our customer service to support our merchants. This way we can give our merchants the support they deserve, one on one time with an AMG employee. Here, there are no automated phone systems and no long wait to be picked up by an employee. Merchants talk to someone immediatley who will point them in the right direction with our staff.
