Merchant Features - Custom Settlement Schedule

Within each Merchant Interface is the ability to tell the system what time you would like to settle all your transactions that you processed in the past 24 hours. Through the OPTIONS Menu, you will be able to view the SETTLEMENT SCHEDULE link located under the TRANSACTION OPTIONS menu.

Your transaction Settlement Time is based off of the Time Zone in which your business is located. This is not automatically configured so if your Time Zone is incorrect, please notify AMG SecurePay or make this change yourself within your Merchant Interface. This can be done in the OPTIONS Menu and found under ACCOUNT INFORMATION in the GENERAL OPTIONS section.

Under the Settlement Schedule you can configure the Settlement Time for each of Processor / Merchant Account you may have configured in your Merchant Interface [see Multiple Merchant Accounts Feature]. So you may setup one account for 8pm and the other for 5pm. If you only have one Processing Account than you need only worry about one time.

When setting up your gateway for its Settlement Time you should plan it carefully as this will be the time your gateway Settles each and every night. The times are setup in 30 minute increments within a 24 hour time frame.
