Merchant Features - QuickBooks Export

Most merchants know that QuickBooks does not allow for much change within their system. They do not allow any other Merchant Service Provider to process on their system nor allow a Payment Gateway, like AMG SecurePay, integrate into their software. everything is required to go directly through QuickBooks. But AMG SecurePay has configured a work-around to their software.

In the AMG SecurePay Merchant Portal is a section called Trans Reports. It is located on the bottom half of the navigation bar within the Merchant Portal. Within that section reads a link called QuickBooks. This function in AMG SecurePay allows a merchant to Export a report based on a date range. Once the date range has been selected then AMG SecurePay creates an .IIF file. This .IIF file is proprietary to QuickBooks and will allow a merchant to upload the exported .IIF file created from AMG SecurePay. This will allow for a merchant to remain using their QuickBooks applications but still obtain the Reporting they need for reconciliation.
