Using Recurring Billing allows merchants to setup clientele in their SecurePay Interface and assign pricing plans to the individual client. So in the Recurring Billing Section of SecurePay, merchants actually receive two critical things for their business:
|
|
1- A way to establish a database of clientele and a way to keep their billing information on file. This section can be used for both Credit Cards and Electronic Check Transaction.
2- The ability to assign a client to any one of a multitude of Pricing Plans that a merchant may require for their business.
* Note - Merchant must run the initial transaction through the Virtual Terminal as a standard credit card transaction. After this has happened, recurring billing cycle will take over. |

In the recurring section of AMG SecurePay, merchants are able to give each pricing structure a title to be recognized by and set the time frequency of their client's billing cycle. This will enable merchants to set their client's up one, two or even 5 times a month if need be, or the merchant can setup a client to be billed on a specific day of each month, giving the merchant uncanny leverage in SecurePay that other Payment Gateway's just do not offer.
